• 5 years experience with Motor Coach products
• Experience with vehicle electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide technical support
• Monitor operations of BEV coaches
• Work with training and engineering teams
• Document troubleshooting procedures
• Provide emergency support
• Initiate warranty claims
• Assist customers with service manuals
• Travel to various locations
