Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years experience with Motor Coach products or 10 years with non-Motor Coach products
  • Proficiency with I.O. Controls, Vansco, and Actia Multiplex systems

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support
  • Document troubleshooting procedures
  • Assist customers with service manuals
  • Provide 24-hour emergency support
  • Initiate new coach warranty claims
  • Work with engineers on product issues
  • Travel to different sites for diagnostics
  • Provide daily updates on new coach issues
