Requirements

• Proven experience leading Platform, DevOps, or SRE teams
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a high-performing Platform Engineering team
• Drive the migration from Kubernetes to a serverless architecture
• Evolve platform infrastructure using Terraform
• Improve developer productivity through tooling and automation
• Partner with engineering teams to identify pain points
• Maintain high standards of reliability and operational excellence
• Collaborate with architecture, product, and data teams
• Manage vendor relationships with AWS
