• Scripting knowledge in shell, python
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and architecture
• Exceptional analytical and project management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Build and own technical relationships with customers
• Develop strategies for customer onboarding
• Monitor customer health and track progress
• Work with business team to grow customers
• Develop scalable and repeatable playbooks
• Strategize with customers on production journey
• Interface with engineering and support teams
• Ensure world-class customer experience
