• Knowledge of AWS and Windows environments
• Scripting skills in PowerShell/JavaScript/YAML/Python

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on system installation/configuration
• Maintain Customer Cloud environments
• Assure performance and availability
• Research root causes of incidents
• Define strategy for Cloud infrastructure
• Engage in proactive problem management
• Analyze trends or historical data
• Support external partners
