• 8+ years of accounting experience
• 2+ years in a Controller role
• Strong understanding of GAAP

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial operations
• Oversee monthly and annual close processes
• Own financial statement preparation and budgeting
• Develop accounting policies and ensure GAAP compliance
• Maintain internal controls and financial policies
• Evaluate and implement financial reporting tools
• Manage relationships with accounting firms
• Support financial modeling for strategic decisions
