Overview

Experienced Program Manager leading the rollout of a fare payments app to transit agencies.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in program management, ideally in app or software deployment.

This role is available in a remote model for candidates based in Colombia only

• Proven experience in program or project management
• Strong understanding of project planning tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a master program plan
• Break down the rollout into manageable deployment phases
• Align internal resources and agency commitments
• Coordinate delivery across teams
• Facilitate planning and prioritisation
• Establish clear governance structures
• Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders
• Identify and communicate risks and interdependencies
