Recovery Coach - Community Outreach Specialist

Overview

Role involves community outreach to enroll new members in peer services.

Ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of outreach experience and be working towards Certified Recovery Coach certification.

Only candidates from Eastern Massachusetts are considered

Locations

• United States, Massachusetts, Boston

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in community outreach or healthcare sales
• Working towards or already a Certified Recovery Coach in MA
• Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Calendar

Responsibilities

• Schedule and attend visits at provider sites
• Share information about peer recovery services
• Reach out to potential members via text and calls
• Support relationships with provider partners
• Work towards targets set by contracts
