Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of ITSM/ESM experience
• Experience in Consulting or Technical BA role
• SW Engineering background
• Experience with ITSM products like ServiceNow or Jira
• Solid Project Management skills
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
• Ability to work independently or in a team
