Responsibilities

  • Lead customer migrations from billing systems
  • Act as a technical advisor during onboarding
  • Develop and maintain documentation
  • Ensure accuracy with financial data
  • Support customer success teams
  • Manage multiple client implementations
  • Quickly learn new systems
  • Communicate clearly in client-facing calls
