Responsibilities

  • Act as billing liaison resolving customer queries
  • Follow up on returned claims
  • Keep clients informed of billing status
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client cases
  • Troubleshoot client account issues
  • Collaborate with technical teams to improve experience
  • Work on a scheduled shift and holidays
