Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal and cross-functional teams
• Assist with implementing supporting programs
• Develop metrics and benchmarking
• Manage outside counsel and vendor relationships
• Support e-Billing and matter management
• Manage e-billing inquiries
• Improve personnel management processes
