Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of HR experience and strong knowledge of Thai Labor Laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in HR Generalist or Business Partnering role
• Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Laws
• Good command of English
• Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Align Talent & Excitement programs with business strategies
• Ensure effective local operational support
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to address talent gaps
• Build upon current Talent & Excitement programs
• Deploy performance management processes
• Handle employee inquiries and disputes
• Manage leave requisition and calculation
• Ensure compliance with local regulations
