Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 8 years in QA/Testing
• 3 years leading QA teams
• Experience in test automation
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Basic programming knowledge
• Experience in cloud-based testing

Responsibilities

• Define and implement testing strategy
• Lead QA/Testing team
• Evaluate testing tools and methodologies
• Oversee test plans execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders
• Establish quality KPIs
• Ensure compliance with standards
• Identify risks and propose mitigation
