Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective MDU and HOA properties
  • Introduce Lumos services to property stakeholders
  • Serve as ongoing point of contact for properties
  • Plan and execute community events
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Share market insights with internal stakeholders
  • Partner with MDU Sales team
  • Build trust with property staff
