• 6+ years experience in technical support
• Expertise in Lucene/Solr or Elasticsearch
• Proficiency in Java and scripting languages
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Strong knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, REST APIs
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth support and proactive maintenance
• Troubleshoot complex ingestion and indexing issues
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis
• Participate in automation tools design
• Mentor junior engineers
• Collaborate with global teams
• Communicate with customers through ticketing systems
