Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience
• 5 years in Ethics, Compliance, or Legal roles preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong understanding of global ethics and compliance standards
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Proven project and program management skills
• Comfortable with AI tools and large language models

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of Advisory Services
• Lead client projects and ensure successful completion
• Advise clients on program design and enhancement
• Conduct legal research and synthesize information
• Produce thought leadership in ethics and compliance
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
• Represent LRN at industry events
