Responsibilities

• Develop proposals for ServiceNow services
• Gather client requirements
• Lead ServiceNow Partner portal activities
• Support projects and optimize sales opportunities
• Act as escalation point for projects
• Maintain ServiceNow certifications
• Provide guidance on best practices
