Responsibilities

• Execute fraud monitoring and investigation workflows
• Process customer disputes and chargebacks
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Conduct investigations of suspicious activities
• Make risk decisions based on policies
• Collaborate with teams to identify trends
• Maintain records and reporting metrics
• Participate in quality assurance reviews
