Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to retailers
• Build inventory and customer databases
• Achieve onboarding targets and deadlines
• Understand retailer needs and workflows
• Stay updated with product and retail best practices
• Identify upgrade opportunities
• Document feedback for improvement
