Requirements

• 5 years experience with PhD or 8 years with Master's
• Fluent in Python
• 5+ years software engineering management experience
• 3+ years agile project management
• 3+ years software development on simulators

Responsibilities

• Hire and lead a team of simulation engineers
• Establish priorities and maintain a roadmap
• Mentor team in software development and simulation
• Integrate and maintain mixed-signal framework
• Work with cross-functional teams
• Provide technical support for simulation tools
• Conduct training sessions
• Propose improvements to tools and workflows
