Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required
• 10-15 years in finance and accounting required
• 5-7 years in senior leadership required

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale financial operations
• Provide oversight of Finance team
• Create accurate financial reporting
• Support investor reporting
• Ensure tax compliance
• Oversee year-end financial preparation
• Coach Finance team members
• Identify opportunities to improve key metrics
