Requirements

• Board-certified M.D. or D.O. or Autonomous NP required
• Active, unrestricted licenses and at least one DEA # needed
• Strong knowledge of functional medicine approaches preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic test interpretation and lifestyle recommendations
• Deliver Hormone Optimization Therapy and weight loss management
• Develop understanding of proprietary supplements
• Balance efficiency with thoroughness in care delivery
• Use evolving technologies for care and communication
• Enhance verbal and written communication skills
• Focus on member outcomes and experience
• Meet quality and productivity standards
