• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate SaaS commercial agreements
• Manage contract portfolio
• Provide legal advice on commercial activities
• Stay current on legal developments
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve risks
• Develop internal legal training materials
• Support implementation of CLM system
• Use AI tools to streamline processes
