SAP Functional Application Administrator Q2C

Role involves daily maintenance of SAP systems and supporting users in a fast-changing environment.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience with full functional knowledge of SAP SD/MM and Q2C processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience
• Full functional knowledge of SAP SD/MM and Q2C processes
• Relevant experience in Billing processes
• Understanding of status management configurations
• Knowledge of SAP CRM, C4C, CPQ, Commerce is a plus
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Debugging skills and integration experience with 3rd party systems is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Initiate and facilitate continuous improvement of SAP interactions
• Handle incidents and issues from the business
• Facilitate international growth by adding entities to SAP
• Test updates and application improvements
• Keep up to date on new developments in SD/MM
• Help professionalize the team and create test scenarios
• Improve frontend process by optimizing variant configuration
• Give end-user training
