• 5+ years as Principal Engineer
• Experience with programming languages (Python, Scala)
• Proven leadership experience managing data engineering teams
• Expertise with cloud platforms and databases
• Experience in building data lakes
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies

Responsibilities

• Architect and build platform foundations
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Business Analysts
• Champion software engineering best practices
• Evolve platform capabilities to integrate ML and AI Models
• Mentor team members
• Partner with business stakeholders to define Data Strategy
