Ideal candidate should have 2+ years of interpreting experience and full fluency in English and Taiwanese.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective telephonic interpreting
• Answer inbound calls
• Provide superior customer service
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct
• Complete training and participate in Quality Assurance monitoring
