Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in internal control
• ACA/ACCA is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Solid understanding of internal control frameworks
• Fintech experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal control reviews
• Ensure integrity of the general ledger
• Review reconciliation and settlement processes
• Resolve open issues in audit reports
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Review loan disbursement for compliance
• Conduct investigations and spot checks
• Perform income assurance
