  • Background in DTC/E-commerce or agency experience
  • Experience with ESP's (Klaviyo) and Shopify is a bonus
  • Highly organized with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage Email and SMS lifecycle campaigns
  • Collaborate with Retention Marketing Managers
  • Partner with various teams for clear communications
  • Identify opportunities for personalized communication
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze results
  • Stay updated with marketing trends
