• 2 years of experience in software development
• 2 years of offshore software development experience
• 2 years of experience with Java, JavaScript, Spring Framework, HTML, CSS, SQL, React, Kubernetes, AWS

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and software development
• Ensure code quality and maintainability
• Perform hands-on coding and code reviews
• Participate in software architecture and design
• Make technical decisions for application development
• Work with US clients and offshore teams
• Lead offshore development center
