Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 10+ years leadership experience in sales/revenue
  • 5+ years sales leadership in B2B SaaS
  • 3+ years managing Revenue Department
  • Experience scaling company from $50M to $100M ARR
  • Experience selling to Large Enterprises
  • Experience leading revenue team of 25+ people
  • Experience with value-based selling methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategy
  • Build and lead revenue team
  • Manage sales pipeline and revenue forecast
  • Develop relationships with key customers
  • Analyze market trends for growth opportunities
  • Create revenue-related budgets and forecasts
  • Collaborate with other departments
  • Establish culture of excellence in revenue team
