Finance Lead

Overview

Role overseeing financial health and operations, reporting to the CEO.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in SaaS finance with strong German and English skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in international SaaS finance roles
• Fluent in German (C1+) and business-proficient in English (B2+)
• Solid understanding of German HGB and US GAAP standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance operations including AP/AR and closings
• Prepare monthly management and investor reports
• Monitor key financial and non-financial KPIs
• Guide teams on legal matters
• Analyze data for accuracy and improvements
• Collaborate on strategic projects with CEO Office
