Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries related to mortgage loans
  • Document customer interactions
  • Process loan payoffs and verifications
  • Assist with insurance requests
  • Work with teams to update loans
  • Reach out to borrowers regarding payment issues
  • Identify borrowers at risk of default
