Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries related to mortgage loans
- Document customer interactions
- Process loan payoffs and verifications
- Assist with insurance requests
- Work with teams to update loans
- Reach out to borrowers regarding payment issues
- Identify borrowers at risk of default
