• 3+ years post residency experience
• Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine
• Active CA state medical license

Responsibilities

• Manage a panel of patients
• Educate patients on treatments
• Manage patient follow-ups
• Prescribe and refill medication
• Drive high-quality care
• Elevate remote care encounters
• Collaborate with Clinical Team Members
