Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale customer learning programs
  • Define customer education vision and roadmap
  • Build frameworks and learning journeys
  • Guide production of training content
  • Own learning tech stack and delivery process
  • Define and track KPIs
  • Continuously improve program performance
