  • Ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in Salesforce and MS Suite

Responsibilities

  • Manage Account Manager(s)
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Plan and execute customer engagement activities
  • Conduct enterprise data analysis
  • Create data visualizations and reports
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams
  • Monitor client usage and satisfaction
