Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of accounting experience with strong leadership skills.

Preferred location is New York City; remote candidates outside of NYC are considered

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• 3 years in a managerial role

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare accurate financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP
• Coordinate external audits
• Analyze financial performance
• Manage cash flow forecasting
• Evaluate accounting systems and processes
