• Proactive troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in infrastructure or software support is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor platform services and video streams
• Provide email support for platform issues
• Conduct initial triage on support issues
• Document issues and resolutions
• Train fellow support team members
• Share best practices with colleagues
• Contribute to incident management processes
• Participate in 24/7 support shift rotation
