• Lead daily AML/KYC operations
• Perform CDD and EDD reviews
• Resolve escalations and complex cases
• Collaborate to improve compliance workflows
• Own audit and regulatory preparedness
• Monitor regulatory developments
• Mentor AML team
• Deliver compliance metrics to leadership
