Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary technical contact for customers
  • Conduct discovery sessions with customers
  • Analyze existing content and workflows
  • Configure and customize Intercom platform
  • Develop data migration strategies
  • Conduct training sessions for customer support agents
  • Provide ongoing support during migration
  • Stay updated with Intercom features
