Role involves providing telehealth mental health coaching on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidate should have ICF Certification or relevant Master's degree with coaching experience.

Requirements

• ICF Certification or Master's in Counselling/Psychology required
• 200 coaching hours for ICF Coaches
• 300 clinical hours for Counsellors/Psychologists
• Proficient in English and local language required

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth coaching
• Support clients in setting personal or career goals
• Collaborate with internal clinical team for program improvements
