Overview

Role involves managing and delivering complex technical projects related to Salesforce and Genesys.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in project management with expertise in Salesforce and Genesys.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and/or Genesys
• Strong experience managing large-scale projects

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce and Genesys initiatives
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets
• Oversee change management initiatives
