• Drive growth initiatives and campaigns
• Conduct research on Web3 projects
• Create growth strategies
• Work cross-functionally on product pipelines
• Conduct competitive analyses
• Foster relationships with partners
• Attend industry events and hackathons
• Report initiatives to senior leadership
