Junior IT Automation Engineer

Overview

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in IT, operations, or automation engineering
• Practical experience with Make, Zapier, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, and basic scripting

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation workflows
• Develop and document automation blueprints
• Troubleshoot integrations and data sync issues
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Ops, and Engineering teams
• Support internal users with automation-related issues
• Maintain documentation for automation processes
• Contribute to knowledge base and process improvements
