Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot customer issues on Imply Druid platform
  • Attend to operational issues on SaaS offering
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues
  • Write technical content for knowledge base
  • Track issues in Zendesk
  • Create reports in Jira
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success teams
  • Participate in on-call rotation
