• Experience in consumer eCommerce or recommendation systems
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from concept to delivery
• Drive program roadmaps for eCommerce features
• Translate technical and business requirements into execution plans
• Manage program risks and dependencies
• Build program artifacts and manage stakeholder communication
• Promote agile best practices
• Serve as a thought partner for engineering and data science
• Ensure data privacy and compliance in ML/AI initiatives
