  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedules
  • Handle inbox and email follow-ups
  • Answer phone inquiries
  • Create and update reports and documents
  • Track tasks using project management tools
  • Conduct online research
  • Liaise with team members and contacts
  • Support general admin needs
