Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience in Level 1 or Level 2 IT/Network support
• Experience supporting Australian businesses
• Strong grasp of networking basics

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and 2 support
• Troubleshoot network issues
• Support NBN connections
• Configure routers and firewalls
• Assist with cloud phone systems
• Manage Microsoft 365 tools
• Perform backup checks
• Escalate complex issues
