  • Strong understanding of accounting processes
  • Experience in gathering functional requirements
  • Experience managing OneVersion updates
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Resolve incidents and deliver support
  • Act as a liaison between customers and resources
  • Undertake product customization
  • Conduct end-to-end testing
  • Partner with Technical and Delivery teams
  • Adopt a consultative mindset
