Responsibilities

  • Account for two entities
  • Prepare journal entries and invoices
  • Research and correct account discrepancies
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Assist with monthly close process
  • Maintain file documentation
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP
  • Prepare for audits
